Cozy and comfortable apartment

Very nice choice for a Saas Fee rental! The interior of the apartment is cozy and comfortable. We visited in the winter and were very happy to spend time cooking dinners, watching movies, and relaxing by the fire after a day out in the snow. As mentioned, the bathrooms are a bit small, but totally manageable. The bedrooms are comfortable with lots of good closet space. We appreciated the split level layout (living area upstairs, bedrooms downstairs) as it gives you a bit more space. The apt building is very nice, in a quiet area, with one apartment above, one below, and the other Sonnegg building directly across. My only downside is that the buildings in the area are fairly close together, but that is the case in most of the town. There is a small shared garden directly outside the apt where our girls enjoyed playing in the snow, and we also discovered a very large playground just around the corner - which was a huge hit with the kids. There is some forest and open space nearby which gives the area a nice open feel. The walk to the ski area takes a good 20 mins. However, you can walk to several shops (bakery, butcher, cheese shop, etc) in about 10 mins. But, with little kids and ski gear you will definitely need to take the bus to reach the slopes. Luckily there are two buses that stop nearby. Overall, it is a lovely rental and we would happily return!

good apartement for alpine chic lovers

good apartement with nice wooden, big balconies, well equiped kitchen area and spacious living room with very nice sofa. decoration is a little be too much "alpine chic" for my taste (deers everywhere...). bedrooms are rather small (no chairs to put down clothes), bathrooms also very small (one bathroom has a door that does not close and virtually no towel rail, which is a little bit a nuisance), the shower however is very nice, location is convenient to parking and not too far from village center. From the apartement itself there is no view, with exception of the balcony, from where there is good view of the Fee glaciere.

GREAT apartment!

Had a fantastic stay in this apartment - our group had all the home comforts you could wish for. The bedrooms/bathrooms are incredibly comfortable and the open plan living provides great space to chill out. The log fire provides added cosiness and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking/eating in, which we did a couple of nights. Adam and the management team are on site so able to quickly respond to questions or help in any way. The apartment was very clean for our arrival.

We have just had a AMAZING few days in Sonnegg! The apartment was perfect and has been kitted out to feel very homely and cozy. It is also perfectly located for gentle strolls through the High Street to the ski slopes. Honestly, I couldn't fault it! Could have stayed alot longer. Charlotte

Fantastic apartment

We stayed here just after the New Year for a 5 day break. The apartment was incredibly comfortable and cosy. Everything is a very high standard and it's well equipped. We loved the open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen, making it a very social space in the evening and lighting the log burning added to the cosy feel of the apartment. The bedrooms are all very comfortable with good storage. It's a great location on the edge of the village with a really lovely walk through the village to the ski lifts (we left our ski/ski boots in lockers by the lifts making it very easy every day). The hosts Adam and Victoria are really lovely, professional and extreme helpful and we would definitely recommend staying in the apartment. We shall be back! Thank you for everything.

Superb apartment

We truly enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment, with a large kitchen/diner/sitting room (open plan) and 3 well sized double bedrooms. There were 2 bathrooms available, which are a bit on the small side. All almost new and it therefore was a bit disappointing to notice that previous tenants already had broken/damaged some things. The maintenance staff was friendly but unexperienced (young). A nice touch was that the cupboards were partially filled upon arrival. A bit out of the center but ski-busses are available (see time-schedule) whereas walking would take you max. 15 min. We only can recommend this apartment!
