Wonderfully designed split level ski- apartment. In a fantastic location; sunny, close to free ski bus and car park. The apartment was built and furnished to an extremely high specification that encapsulates traditional Swiss alpine living within a modern and spacious format. There are very few apartments in Saas-Fee of this standard, one not to be missed! This apartment can also be booked in conjunction with it's neighbour that is nearly identical, expanding the sleeping capabilites to 12. Please message us to discuss.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people across a large open-plan living area, 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two of which are en-suite) and a balcony and patio located to the back of the property. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with utensils and appliances. The sitting room has a large 50" TV. The heating system is underfloor throughout with a wonderful log burning fire. Logs will be provided on your arrival.
We are conveniently located; near to the car park, ski buses and a walkable distance to all amenities, including the ski lifts. The walk to the High Street (restaurants, bars, hotels, shops) is 5-10 mins on a charming, level, and car-free cobbled street.
Sonnegg Lodge is a brand-new luxury development at the sunny north end of the village. This is the quieter and less busy residential area - where most of the local homes are located.
We ask that all guests remove all rubbish & recycling before their departure, if this is not done a charge of 15CHF per bag will be deducted from the security deposit.
All rubbish must be put in Kerichtersacks (orange bags), SFH will provide two bags per stay. Bags can be purchased at any local super market.
Recycling point can be located under the police station / end of the car park.
Saas Fee charges a mandatory Tourist Tax (Kurtaxe) on all guests. This is charged in CHF, per person, per night.

Directions to the apartment: Once arriving in Saas-fee (whether you arrive by bus or car), make your way through the open air car park, continue out of the car park and pass the Getranke Depot which will be on your right, follow the road round to the left until you see on your left Sonnegg Lodge 1 from the road. Continue past Sonnegg Lodge 1, and take the small path to the left just before Taxi Bolero. You will see Sonnegg Lodge 2 on your left and no. 1 above your apartment entrance.
Saas-Fee is a car free village however, if you require an elektro taxi we recommend using Taxi Bolero (027 957 70 20).
