This modern and charming penthouse apartment  spans the entire top floor of the fantastic, brand new and centrally located, Britannia development. 

Boasting panoramic views of the mountain peaks above Saas-Fee and the rooftops below, this is a perfect location to spend your summer or winter vacation; enjoying the views from the south facing balcony. 

Another key feature of this property is the exclusive lift access. With the turn of a key you are taken from entrance level directly into the apartment, making access in and out very easy. For those of you that prefer to take the stairs, rest assured, this is possible. 

Also, you will have access to the apartments private ski locker, which is located on the ground floor of the building. 

The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, furnished with luxurious box spring beds. There is plenty of storage too, with built in wardrobes in each room. The master bedroom has the welcome extra of an ensuite. Both bathrooms are spacious and modern. 

The open kitchen is also extremely well equipped, with everything you could need for your stay. Including a coffee machine, oven, microwave and an instant boiling water tap. Meaning you are able to create some delicious meals to serve at the dining table, or instant hot chocolates - a perfect companion to snuggle up in the lounge with infront of the log burning fire or TV. 

REQUESTS

We ask that all guests remove all rubbish & recycling before their departure, if this is not done a charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

All rubbish must be put in Kerichtersacks (orange bags), SFH will provide two bags per stay. Bags can be purchased at any local super market.      

TOURIST TAX 

We require all guest names & dates of births on booking so we can register your party into the tourist system.
