We are delighted to bring this property from the brand new (built in summer 2020) Britannia development to the rental market. 

Sleeping maximum 6 adults + 2 children, this  3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment offers an abundance of space and is perfect for groups and families alike. 

The furniture throughout the apartment is very high quality; a perfect blend of modern and chalet style. The bedrooms are extremely cosy and are complimented with custom designed furniture, making the most out of the space. 

The master bedroom has a king bed, stylish ensuite bathroom and a balcony.  The family room also boasts an ensuite, with a king bed and the addition of custom made bunk beds. The third bedroom is also a great size and also leads out on to a balcony with views of the Saastal and the Saas-Fee village. 

One of the best parts of this apartment is the open plan kitchen dining and living area. With a log burning fire, ample seating and a smart TV, the living room is perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. 

Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including a nespresso machine, fondue. Lastly, the dining table is a great size, with some very cool and comfortable seating. We can see ourselves in some heated Monopoly debates around here! 

To top it all off, there is a massive wrap around south facing balcony to soak in all that Saas-Fee has to offer. Perfect. 


We ask that all guests remove all rubbish & recycling before their departure, if this is not done a charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

All rubbish must be put in Kerichtersacks (orange bags), SFH will provide two bags per stay. Bags can be purchased at any local super market.      


We require all guest names & dates of births on booking so we can register your party into the tourist system.
